When do you expect to release your book? IIRC you are writing a general book on the selection and care of diesel trucks. Can you post a brief synopsis of what will be covered in the book?
I am about to become the proud owner of my first diesel truck. Based on my searches, there are NO books out there to assist the first-time owner! A book such as yours is sorely needed.

Thanks, I wish I knew. It will take about 3 months of doing nothing else, which I haven't figured out when to do that. You're right, the book is needed, I'll try this summer.

Mr. Truck, it's now nearly Winter! Is this book really going to happen? Folks like me are bumbling around getting into all kinds of situations because we're new to diesel trucks. Learning by experience is costly!

Life has a way of sucking time away. If we didn't have family's we could get something done. But then if we didn't have families, we wouldn't care. Quite a challange balancing our time. Now if I find a publisher that will give me a million upfront, then I think I could have it done in 6 months.
