Hello, I have an '03 Chevy 1500 X-cab and I want to beef up the rear suspension. Can I do this? What would be recommended--air lift bags, helper springs? Will it have any effect on the 4W steering? If I am pulling a small GN (under the weight limit of the truck of course) should I turn the Q'steer off? Any help/advice would be much appreciated! Lisa
You can put SuperSprings on it. It's a Dana 60 axle but the leaf springs attach the same place as the American axles on the other GMs. The forum at www.QuadrasteerClub.com would be another good place to ask what folks there have tried.

I'd leave it in 4WS,it should pull the trailer farther through the corner for a tighter corner. Use the search botton on the QuadrasteerClub.com forum, I know there was some folks telling their experience there in the past.
