Hi,
I had a question. The rear end went in my 2000 Chevy Silverado 2wd short bed (yeah from spinning crazy tire). And I took it apart and all that really needs to be replaced is the Spyder Gears. So there is a truck that is the same as mine except 4wd drive long bed. Does anyone know if the Spyder gears will measure out the same? Or where I can get a Spyder Gear kit, with differentials, duel posi and includes shims, for a decent price and over nighted. The dealership gave me a price of $270.00. Thanks a bunch. :)

General Information

1500
4.8
V8
8.5 rear end
10bolt
30 spline

Doesn't sound like a bad price. 4x4 or 4x2 should be the same in a rear axle.
