There is a hose running back from the aft part of the engine to just past the right side of my transmission pan. It has been hanging there for quite some time as the weathering and wearness from touching my exhaust has put a huge hole in it. I had the transmission replaced about 5 months ago and haven't had any problems as far as it running since. The hose is not connected to anything on the engine nor on the other end. It looks like it is supposed to go into the Carb somehow (fuel injected) as that is where the hose begins and ends just aft of the transmission pan. I have taken pictures but don't know how to post them on this site. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
