I have the subject vehicle ....
Problem one: I have been having a problem with the fuel pump not shutting off with the key for the last year.

I changed out the fuel pump relay and it would still not shut off, occasionally,I would tap the relay and it would shut off.

Recently, I started the truck and after it was running for about 2 minutes the engine came to an abrupt halt and it would not restart...
I changed out both, the fuel pump and the fuel injection pump relays.

I cranks but will not start any ideas as to what to do next?
