I put a 03 PSD in my 01 F-250, and the cruise control and overdrive didn't work.

They were fine before the swap.

Is there a common electrical component that could be bad? I 've checked all the fuses.

Could it be the TR on the transmission. There isn't a check engine light.

I'm assuming you installed an 03 7.3 liter in the 01? The TR sensor doesn't have anything to do with the cruise but could cause an OD concern. PCM problem maybe? I can't really see a problem with the new engine in the older chassis conflicting with the pm but it is a possibility. That's about the only electrical component that is common for both of those issues.
