We just purchased a 5 horse gooseneck that is approximately 33 foot long total length/7 foot wide. How much distance do we need to get through a 10 foot wide gate without cuttting the corner too short? The road we are turning off of is a 14'wide gravel road with deep ditches on both sides. Is the 14 foot culvert going to the gate wide enough? We've been pulling a 14 foot livestock trailer so this is a big change for us. Thanks for your help.

I pull trailers threw a 16' gate from a dirt road to my yard. I have about 30' to turn the corner and it takes some careful tight back turning to make it with 30' trailers. Goosenecks swing wider than bumber trailers and I doubt you can make a 10' gate unless you have 40 or 50 feet straight away infront of the gate.
