Does anyone know the best place (cheapest)to buy an "after market" hay rack for a horse trailer. ...or have a set of plans to build my own? Also, I am trying to figure out what is the least expensive way to make a water storage tank with approximately 15 gallon capacity and is ~ 12" X 12" and ~50" tall?
