I am shopping for a new to me trailer. It looks like I can afford a used one, to get what I want. I am overwhelmed with all the different brands, and choices alum or allum/steel. I need a 3 h gooseneck with LQ and have a 2500 silverado to pull with. My daughter and I do weekend circuit shows all summer. We need a lot of tack room but I think anything with a mid-tack is too long. I am looking at 22-23 at the most box length with 8 or 10 short wall. Am I on the right track? Would a alum over steel frame be too heavy? Has anyone had any experiance with American Spirit trailers or Exiss? Any advice on brands to stay away from or that you like? I have heard that Sundowners which are very popular in my area pull very hard. Help!
