I just found this forum thru a Google search, and it's full of great information!

I'm a seasoned horse tower and today ran across the trailer of my youth --- a 1980 Hartman 2-Horse bumper pull. Nostalgia made me pull over, but the incredibly solid design and construction coupled with the warmblood dimensions made me want to buy it ASAP.

I've been shopping for trailers lately and hear a lot of bad stories about new trailers. I must admit I like the idea of a solid, classic trailer that's built to last.

This Hartman looks to be in great shape and I'm going to take it for a safety inspection with the horse trailer repair shop.

Does anyone have experience with Hartman trailers? Anything to watch out for?
