I'm curious about what everyone is doing to save fuel. Are you trailer pooling? Trading for a gas truck? Getting a lighter trailer? Towing less?

I've slowed down when towing, I take my horse expo tour trailer across country to expo's from Ohio to California and it's always blowing when I cross Kansas, Wyoming, Idaho etc. just about everywhere. Without wind I get 10 mpg, with wind about 7 miles per gallon. I'm thinking of traveling at night when there is less wind.

What are you doing and what plans have you changed?
